Ignition Combustion
Each ignition coil produced goes through a rigorous quality control procedure. This process begins long before a finished coil pack is produced. The process starts by inspecting raw materials. Each component including the resistors, capacitors, drivers, ignitors, circuit boards, and even the epoxy resins are thoroughly inspected. After each component passes a quality control inspection an ignition coil can be produced. Once an ignition coil has been completed it goes through a series of tests to check resistance, duty cycle, discharge output, and even visual appearance. It is only at this point that an ignition coil will make it to packaging where it will be destined for someone’s vehicle.
